'The generosity of one family means hundreds of Green Island families will be able to enjoy a brand new water park for years to come. Without using any taxpayer dollars, the Village of Green Island replaced the old 1940's spray park with a new state-of-the-art spray park.It's located in the Paine Street Park. The entire project was funded by John and Linda Kutey in honor of their parents, Edmund Ostrowski and the late Gertrude Ostrowski and Joseph and Mercedes Kutey, Sr.James Besha of Albany Engineering Corp. and Todd Grimm of Grimm Building Materials will also be recognized for donating time and materials for the project.'
